The website blocker isn't working. How do I fix this?
If the website blocker isn't working, the system extension may not be properly enabled. Go to System Settings → General → Login Items & Extensions → Network Extensions. Make sure "Content blocker" is listed and enabled. If it's disabled, simply toggle it on. The blocker works across all browsers including Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please contact our support team.
